• Evolve design systems to maintain relevance and ease of use, building prototypes and ensuring best practices.
• Support team growth through mentoring, development paths, and fostering a positive, high-performing culture.

Requirements

• Prior experience leading design teams, ideally within cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of how design, technology, and product development interact.
• Hands-on experience designing for B2B products, with a deep understanding of service design and efficient design processes.
• Comfortable designing across both digital and physical experiences.
• Excellent communication skills who can clearly explain design decisions.
• Experienced with Agile, design sprints, and tools like Jira, Figma, Miro, and Google Suite.
