TL;DR

Ads Support Agent: Delivering exceptional customer experiences through email, chat, and phone support for the Client Ads Product with an accent on problem-solving, clear communication, and adaptability. Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and documenting customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid, requiring 4 days a week in Client office in Buenos Aires, Argentina and one day from home

What you will do

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and empathetic support.
  • Manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
  • Communicate with customers via outbound calls and email.
  • Follow all procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
  • Document all relevant information from customer interactions.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and a dynamic operational pace.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (no spelling or grammar errors, clear enunciation).
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly instructions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Sheets, Slides, Docs, Chrome, Keep, Calendar.
  • Problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Intermediate level of English (written and reading comprehension) is a plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting digital advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with Ads platforms or similar products.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Strong customer empathy and patience.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume support environments.
