TL;DR

Illustrator (World of Tanks): Creating diverse digital illustrations including photorealistic environments, concepts, and sketches for current and upcoming titles with an accent on complex illustration and 3D overpaints. Focus on maintaining a highly photorealistic style, collaborating within a creative team, and delivering polished game art.

Location: Hybrid (3 days from office) in Vilnius, Lithuania. Eligible for relocation & immigration support to Lithuania.

Salary: 3700–6000 € (gross) per month.

What you will do

• Create digital illustrations of environment, assets, and characters in a polished, highly photorealistic style.
• Develop concept art and quick sketches.
• Prepare layout mock-ups and previews.
• Collaborate with the team on various tasks.
• Research, gather, and produce desired visuals as needed.

Requirements

• High proficiency in Photoshop.
• Ability to create very photorealistic work.
• Good attention to detail, colors, and composition.
• Self-motivation for learning and personal development.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Portfolio required with at least one photorealistic environment work and one hand drawing.

Nice to have

• Experience with Matte Painting.
• Experience working with 3D.
• Experience in Adobe Illustrator.
