What you will do

  • Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, including roadmap recommendations, vendor relationships, and license management.
  • Lead implementation, integration, and optimisation projects across revenue systems.
  • Design and enhance critical revenue workflows from lead capture to renewal.
  • Maintain strong data integrity by overseeing CRM data structure and data standards.
  • Monitor and improve system performance, adoption, reliability, and efficiency for GTM teams.
  • Partner with RevOps, BI, IT, and GTM leaders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working with CRM systems (particularly Hubspot), including integration and administration.
  • Experience with iPaaS solutions such as Zapier or Workato.
  • Familiarity with the commercial aspects of a SaaS company.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • English: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be resident in or near Leiden, Netherlands, or Berlin, Germany.
