What you will do

• Manage co-publishing operations, including resource applications, material production, campaign configuration, game package updates, and content releases.
• Proactively secure cooperation resources from co-publishing stores (e.g., vivo, OPPO, Huawei, Xiaomi).
• Improve the utilization of resources through precision operation methods like A/B Testing and user segmentation.
• Collaborate with the technical team to manage app store compliance and drive data-driven product optimization.
• Establish exclusive communities for co-publishing store users and enhance product awareness across channels.
• Draft special campaign plans, oversee material production and campaign rollout, and coordinate cross-departmental resources.

Requirements

• 1+ years of channel operation experience, including independently leading and completing the end-to-end channel launch process for products.
• Familiarity with user demographics and characteristics, store integration requirements, and app store listing rules.
• Proficiency in working with the backend systems of co-publishing stores, including promotional resource applications, H5 campaign configuration, push notifications, and exclusive community content publishing.
• Ability to independently develop, finalize, and execute store campaigns based on various project phases and user segmentations.
• Data analysis skills to identify key issues and summarize insights from the entire user conversion funnel.
• Strong logical thinking, excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude to learning, and ability to manage concurrent tasks and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Good English proficiency, with basic English communication skills (written/oral) in work scenarios. English reading and writing skills are preferred.
