What you will do
- Monitor, facilitate, and troubleshoot client operations, including verification, new customer onboarding, incident management, and pending transactions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and complaints via email and the Internet banking platform.
- Assist clients with Internet banking platform requests, such as password and MFA resets.
- Answer client questions related to transaction statuses (e.g., why pending, why declined, when returned).
- Act as a first line of defense concerning AML, FinCrime, and sanction risk- and compliance-related issues.
- Collaborate with other hirify.global department teams to address clients' needs and ensure adherence to rules and guidelines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with B2B client relationship or client support.
- 2+ years of experience in the Financial Services or Banking industry.
- Proficient user of MS Office and Google Docs.
- Possess a customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Good command of English and Russian languages.
