What you will do

  • Monitor, facilitate, and troubleshoot client operations, including verification, new customer onboarding, incident management, and pending transactions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and complaints via email and the Internet banking platform.
  • Assist clients with Internet banking platform requests, such as password and MFA resets.
  • Answer client questions related to transaction statuses (e.g., why pending, why declined, when returned).
  • Act as a first line of defense concerning AML, FinCrime, and sanction risk- and compliance-related issues.
  • Collaborate with other hirify.global department teams to address clients' needs and ensure adherence to rules and guidelines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with B2B client relationship or client support.
  • 2+ years of experience in the Financial Services or Banking industry.
  • Proficient user of MS Office and Google Docs.
  • Possess a customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Good command of English and Russian languages.
