What you will do

• Secure workloads across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
• Implement cloud-native security services and controls for networking, IAM, and data protection.
• Perform cloud threat modeling, proactive threat hunting, and design detection logic.
• Conduct cloud incident response, security monitoring, and post-incident improvements.
• Evaluate risks, remediate control gaps, and manage configuration hygiene across cloud accounts.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5+ years focused on cloud security operations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience securing workloads in AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of cloud-native security services such as AWS Security Hub, Azure Defender, and Google Cloud SCC.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and familiarity with DevSecOps and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep).
• Strong understanding of encryption, tokenization, data residency, and compliance standards like ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and GDPR.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to translate complex technical risks into business-level insights.

Nice to have

• Preferred certifications include CCSP, CCSK, AWS Certified Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
