What you will do

• Act as a key stakeholder in the game’s leadership team to achieve project goals.
• Own the development roadmap, schedule, and capacity planning across all production phases.
• Identify risks early and adjust plans to maintain a healthy, sustainable pace.
• Manage expectations and communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and optimize workflows and milestones tailored to feature teams.
• Continuously assess and improve project management processes based on team feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years in games industry with 3+ years leadership experience.
• Experience managing all major game development phases including live operations.
• Strong project management skills and ability to adapt tools and processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and drive alignment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Knowledge of production management tools like JIRA, Excel, Trello.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge in automating project management tools.
• Broad knowledge of F2P gaming market and trends.
