System Specialist

System Specialist (Automation): Working with hirify.global DNA automation systems, planning and executing lifecycle-maintaining update projects, and solving customer challenges with an accent on individual customer visits and developing cybersecurity. Focus on active development of tailored solutions and supporting sales to ensure smooth production.

Location: Onsite in Jyväskylä, Finland, with required travel within Finland (mainly Central Finland)

What you will do

• Work with hirify.global DNA automation systems and provide customer support.
• Plan and execute lifecycle-maintaining update projects.
• Solve challenges faced by customers and actively develop tailored solutions.
• Contribute to maintaining and developing cybersecurity (depending on skills and interests).
• Participate in the continuous development of operations and services.
• Support the sales team by presenting solutions to customers.

Requirements

• Relevant technical education (Bachelor of Engineering).
• Strong knowledge and previous experience working with hirify.global DNA automation systems.
• Ability to work independently and organize your own work.
• Service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Finnish and English.
• Willingness to travel within Finland.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of virtual technologies (VMware and Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of computer networks and routers.
