TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work Colombia and Chile business hours.

What you will do

  • Lead commercial discussions on deals in collaboration with Sales Leadership and account teams.
  • Review and approve deal terms in Salesforce, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Manage approval exceptions with relevant stakeholders, including the hirify.global Leadership Team.
  • Oversee and coordinate contract negotiations with Legal, customers, and partners.
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual deal elements to drive favorable outcomes.
  • Develop and execute statistical and financial reports to support global Deal Desk operations.

Requirements

  • Based in or able to work Colombia and Chile business hours.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant SaaS experience (Sales Finance, Revenue Accounting, or Deal Desk), including at least 2 years in a Deal Desk role.
  • Strong understanding of software pricing, discounting, and revenue recognition concepts.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to have

  • Portuguese language proficiency.
