Location: Hybrid in Noida, UP, IN or Gurugram, HR, IN. Candidates must be authorized to work in India on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Monitor and manage departmental interdependencies, including resources like software and hardware.
• Coordinate with the Tests Team, Program Managers, Game Designers, and Tech-Art team.
• Handle hardware requests and manage execution of reports and calendar activities.
• Drive upcoming resource requirements through globally located teams.
• Multi-task and manage several project streams simultaneously.
• Track training and other team deliverables to completion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project / Program coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of project management tools and software.
