Location: Fully remote. While the company has hubs in Romania, UK, US, and Canada, candidates from outside the EST time zone are welcome, but must be prepared to adjust their working hours to align with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

What you will do

• Lead technical test automation efforts and coach non-technical team members.
• Drive functional and non-functional test automation in various projects/programs.
• Manage project test activities and align them with internal Quality Engineering practices.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback for high-quality, testable code.
• Provide support for Roadmap items and Deployment Test Automation efforts.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in Python/Javascript programming language.
• Experience working with multiple test automation tools and frameworks such as Cucumber, Pytest, Playwright, or Locust.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD environments, containerization, test infrastructure, and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and present technical and non-technical data effectively.
• English: B2 level or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Intermediate SQL skills, including the ability to create complex SQL queries on large datasets.
• Performance load testing experience, including analyzing test results and resource monitoring.
• Experience with cloud-based and local databases (e.g., AWS RDS, Oracle, Postgres).
