What you will do

• Implement AI-powered ERP components using Java, Quarkus, and PostgreSQL following architectural patterns
• Apply prompt engineering to enhance ERP modules with natural language and conversational AI
• Integrate pre-trained ML models for data classification, predictive analytics, and workflow automation
• Develop RESTful APIs connecting digital assistant services with ERP business logic
• Own medium-complexity features end-to-end, ensuring code quality and performance
• Support junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify program)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
• 2-4 years of professional software development experience in enterprise or SaaS environments
• Proficiency in Java (17+) and Python, with experience in Quarkus or similar frameworks
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills
• Experience with prompt engineering and large language models (GPT, Claude, LLaMA)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or OCI
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
• Interest in AI ethics and prompt safety considerations
