Product Analyst (Business Analytics): Develop and maintain product metrics, data marts, and BI dashboards to support data-driven decisions for a global nonprofit fundraising platform with an accent on analytical infrastructure and product growth insights. Focus on designing metrics trees, building analytical foundations, and leading the analytics function.

Salary: GEL 8,800 - 11,600 + stock options

What you will do

• Develop and maintain product metrics and ensure measurement consistency.
• Design and build data marts for analytical use.
• Create and maintain BI dashboards for company-wide use.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and support product teams.
• Handle ad-hoc analytical requests from product teams.
• Establish and optimize collaboration processes with other teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data or Product Analyst.
• Strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python with data analysis libraries.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase.
• Strong written English (B2) required for documentation and communication.
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving passion.
