What you will do

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Develop detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
• Participate in the testing phase, validating that solutions meet business requirements and addressing discrepancies.
• Assist in project management activities, including project planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role within the IT industry.
• Basic understanding of BPMN and UML.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate information and processes.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, Agile frameworks, and project management principles.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above required.

Nice to have

• Experience with business analysis tools and technologies.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
