Product Engineer (Fullstack)

Founding Engineer (Fullstack): Building a completely new platform for IT management (workflows, org charts, policies, and analytics) within a hirify.global spinoff with an accent on rapid development, end-to-end ownership, and integration. Focus on designing and implementing solutions for inventory management, support ticketing, MDM, and integrated onboarding to ensure employee productivity from day one.

Location: Hybrid, based in Barcelona, Spain (80% office, 20% remote)

Salary: 60,500€ annually

hirify.global is launching a new spinoff to build the next generation of internal IT tools for thousands of businesses worldwide, aiming for rapid growth from scratch.

What you will do

• Join as a Founding Engineer to build a new startup within hirify.global from day 0, focusing on IT Management tools.
• Own features end-to-end, from proposing new hypotheses to building, deploying, and validating solutions.
• Establish goals and plan quarterly roadmaps, paying special attention to technical needs.
• Work closely with customers to understand their pains and needs.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in daily code reviews.
• Build a platform for managing onboarding, permissions, support, and equipment (inventory management, support ticketing, MDM, IdP, integrated onboarding).

Requirements

• Strong experience in Ruby on Rails for backend development.
• Solid skills in React, JavaScript, or TypeScript for frontend development.
• Team player with a user-centric mindset, curious, proactive, and with great communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Several years of experience working as a software engineer, demonstrating knowledge, skills, and engagement.
• Experience in several coding languages, CI/CD tools, and cloud technologies.
