Location: Hybrid, Prague, Czech Republic (3 days in office required)

What you will do

• Lead frontend development for the Management group focusing on roles & permissions, admin configurations, branding, dashboards, and AI features.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Represent frontend interests in cross-functional discussions and contribute to shared frontend infrastructure.
• Partner with UX to create modern, intuitive user experiences.
• Mentor and motivate the frontend team to foster ownership and high performance.
• Shape the culture and technical identity of the Prague site.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid with 3 days in Prague office
• 8+ years experience in modern web application development (React preferred).
• 3+ years experience leading engineering teams with strong mentorship skills.
• Strong software engineering principles and architecture knowledge.
• Experience with state management libraries and GraphQL/Apollo is a plus.
• Collaborative communication and task prioritization skills.
