What you will do
- Troubleshoot issues across applications, backend workflows, APIs, and integrations.
- Assist with infrastructure and network support including DNS, firewalls, routing, and load balancers.
- Participate in incident management, triage, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain runbooks, service pages, and operational documentation.
- Monitor dashboards and investigate alerts using observability tools.
- Collaborate with support and success teams to resolve customer-facing issues.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in Baku, Azerbaijan
- 2–3 years experience supporting N-tier or SaaS platforms across application, infrastructure, and network layers.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for applications, APIs, logs, workflows, and integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and service health monitoring.
- Understanding of network fundamentals including DNS, firewalls, routing, and load balancers.
- Experience with incident and problem management, root cause analysis, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, Sentry, or Kibana.
- Scripting or query skills in Python, Bash, SQL, or Postman for log parsing and automation.
