What you will do

• Collaborate with development teams to set security and privacy requirements and standards.
• Perform design reviews, vulnerability assessments, and security testing.
• Lead security architecture and secure coding guidance.
• Oversee vulnerability management program and track remediation progress.
• Create and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Work closely with Security Operations and Security Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model with office presence in Lisbon, Portugal
• Experience securing cloud-native environments and DevSecOps practices.
• Knowledge of security and privacy standards such as ISO27001, SOC1, GDPR.
• Technical experience with cloud providers like AWS or GCP.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to guide teams on security best practices.
• English: B2 level or higher required

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
