Location: Hybrid working model in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom. You must possess current eligibility to live and work in the UK. You may work from anywhere in the EU for up to four weeks per year.

What you will do

• Create stunning real-time visual effects to enhance game atmosphere and player experience.
• Mentor and provide guidance to other artists, sharing knowledge and taking ownership of features.
• Combine technology and creativity to integrate impactful, high-quality visual effects.
• Collaborate with art, programming, and design teams to understand game features.
• Support leads in establishing pipelines, processes, and workflows.
• Play a key part in the Rainbow Six legacy by delivering visually impressive moments.

Requirements

• Photo-realistic portfolio/showreel of real-time VFX elements.
• Experience with modelling, texturing, and image processing.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and 3D software (e.g., Maya, 3DS Max).
• Understanding of basic vector math and art fundamentals (lighting, composition, colour theory).
• Ability to give, receive, and apply feedback constructively.
• Must possess current eligibility to live and work in the UK.

• Experience with proprietary/in-house engines.
