What you will do

• Set overall product strategy and roadmap aligned with company growth objectives.
• Lead product team to deliver customer-centric digital fintech solutions.
• Launch and optimize products and features to drive engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations for seamless delivery.
• Manage product portfolio P&L and achieve performance targets.
• Drive go-to-market planning across GCC markets.
• Establish KPIs for product performance, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial and data regulations in all markets.

Requirements

• Based in Bahrain with regional travel across the GCC.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• 10+ years in senior leadership roles in fintech, finance, or consumer services.
• Proven experience in multi-market product strategy and P&L management.
• Familiarity with GCC regulatory and financial compliance environments.
• Master’s degree in Business, Product Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
