What you will do

• Partner with GTM leaders to understand business drivers and enable faster, informed decisions.
• Develop bottoms-up revenue models reflecting customer and partner behavior across channels and geographies.
• Provide financial leadership for Payments business and support M&A analysis and integration.
• Create executive-ready materials for reviews, updates, and board discussions connecting results to business insights.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, and systems to support speed, consistency, and accountability.
• Lead and coach a high performing team fostering ownership, curiosity, and collaboration.

Requirements

• 15+ years experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or corporate finance with GTM finance leadership.
• Proven ability to build revenue models and financial frameworks in high growth, complex environments.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Rev Ops, Customer Success, Services, and Support teams.
• Expertise in forecasting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.
• Knowledge of SaaS or subscription business models including bookings, revenue, retention, and unit economics.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
