What you will do

• Define and promote a quality mindset and strategy across the organization.
• Hire and retain a high-performing engineering team, fostering productivity and reliability.
• Build and maintain testing environments, data, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and resolve internal/external quality issues using data.
• Partner with global Infra leadership to execute the Brazil site’s technical roadmap.
• Coach and mentor engineers, fostering career growth and continuous learning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management and 7+ years of industry experience in developer tooling, testing, or quality engineering.
• Strong familiarity with software engineering principles, design patterns, and code quality practices.
• Demonstrated ability in the creation of testing standards, tools, and methodology.
• Hands-on technical leadership, setting technical direction for multiple teams.
• Proven experience leading distributed or regional engineering teams and driving technical outcomes.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency preferred.
