What you will do

• Support data and analytics efforts to report on hirify.global Quantum partners and community impact.
• Build new analytics resources and dashboards for data-driven decision making.
• Perform advanced predictive data analysis using machine learning techniques.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams and internal stakeholders across technical, product, marketing, and business development.
• Manage end-to-end workstreams and communicate insights effectively.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Yorktown Heights, San Jose, Cambridge, or Albany, United States
• Pursuing a master's degree in data science, mathematics, computer science, statistics, or physics.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with data analysis libraries (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience building dashboards with data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with version control platforms like GitHub.
• Ability to communicate project insights and propose actionable next steps.
