What you will do

Provide first and second line support for call center operations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues at the user level.
Resolve issues related to Windows and MacOS operating systems.
Investigate and resolve internet telephony issues.
Pre-configure new computers for users.
Conduct equipment inventory for asset management.

Requirements

Proven experience in providing technical support in a big office or call center.
Strong understanding of networking principles.
Proficiency in diagnosing issues with Windows and MacOS.
Familiarity with internet telephony systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
