• Design and co-develop production-grade data science projects with customers.
• Enable users to discover and master the hirify.global platform through training sessions and workshops.
• Provide strategic guidance to customers to drive adoption and value realization.
• Contribute to shaping solutions and building compelling proposals.
• Coordinate sprints and prioritize tasks for efficient customer engagements.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in Advanced Analytics & AI, ideally in a consulting or customer-facing role.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• 5 years of experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI & ML models.
• Strong curiosity and appetite for learning new topics and tools.
• Empathy and collaboration skills with a genuine eagerness to share knowledge.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
