What you will do

• Assist in screening CVs for customer service and entry-level roles.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Schedule interviews and support candidate coordination.
• Update and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Help ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Passionate about people, hiring, and delivering a great candidate experience.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and recruitment systems.
