What you will do
- Develop and implement hirify.global's B2B Marketing Growth engine leveraging AI and new technologies.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management teams for alignment.
- Create impactful marketing assets and account-based marketing tactics.
- Lead event strategy including owned and third-party events internationally.
- Manage, mentor, and grow the B2B marketing team.
- Track and analyze key marketing KPIs to drive lead generation and deal acceleration.
Requirements
- Based in Paris to organize events and lead partner discussions.
- 8–10 years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in tech or retail.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience scaling B2B marketing from early stage to success.
- Hands-on with CRM, website management, and market studies.
- Daily use of AI and ability to scale operations through automation.
