What you will do

• Develop and own Medical Affairs’ digital strategy to meet business objectives.
• Oversee reengineering and optimization of digital platforms and business processes.
• Select, launch, and deliver digital solutions for synchronous and asynchronous training.
• Provide guidance on CRM solutions and automate records retention and retrieval.
• Build and expand the Edwards Learning Network with innovative content delivery methods.
• Perform user acceptance testing and monitor digital program performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 8 years of experience in digital project, product management, or customer success roles.
• Must be located in or able to work hybrid in California, USA.
• Proven project management skills and experience with digital transformation.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and business process optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading technology-focused process improvements and system implementations.
• Instructional design and healthcare industry experience.
• PMP certification and experience with KOL tools.
