What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to manage new product development and lifecycle management projects.
• Conduct daily standups and oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects.
• Align software release timelines and version scopes with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and prepare status reports.
• Develop resolutions for project issues to meet quality and client satisfaction goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure business problem solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience or advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Must be able to work hybrid in Northridge or San Diego, California, USA.
• Experience in software engineering, product development, or program management.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
