What you will do
- Engage with clients through ticketing system and LiveChat
- Assist clients with CRM settings
- Identify and report system issues to appropriate teams
- Monitor issue resolution processes
- Resolve configuration-related issues and educate clients
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical assistance
- Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information
Nice to have
- Experience in IT support role
- Knowledge of the Forex market
