What you will do

• Develop and update documentation for hirify.global ERP functional areas following corporate style and processes.
• Design and maintain training courses and skill assessments for diverse learner personas.
• Collaborate with experts to identify user scenarios and information gaps.
• Assist learners with documentation and training content issues.
• Review UI labels and messages for accuracy and consistency.
• Improve team standards, processes, and tools; serve as rotating Doc Watcher and communication entry point.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technical writing, content development, or instructional design in software, preferably with ERP systems.
• Degree in English, technical writing, communications, computer science, or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Advanced user of content creation, version control, and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
