What you will do

• Analyze merchant portfolio and design initiatives to boost activation and sales.
• Own product vision and roadmap for merchant tools and services.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to improve processes and workflows.
• Design and run experiments to validate product ideas and measure impact.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Technology teams for alignment and execution.

Requirements

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Manila, Philippines.
• 3+ years of product experience, preferably in fintech or merchant-facing products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with technical and business teams.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in metrics and dashboards.
• Comfortable communicating in English with multicultural teams.
• Willingness to engage directly with merchants and travel within the Philippines.
