What you will do

• Build, maintain, and release well-architected backend services with clean, correct code.
• Participate in design and planning of new features as a key stakeholder.
• Collaborate with UX and Product Management to understand customer needs.
• Develop deep product knowledge to support customers effectively.
• Work with practice-specific technologies including Python, Golang, AWS, and others.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Prague, Czechia
• Minimum 2 years experience in software development with Python, Golang, or equivalent languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
