What you will do

• Develop and extend state-of-the-art ML/AI methods and architectures.
• Design experiments and conduct benchmarks to evaluate AI performance in real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate AI into production systems.
• Implement clean, well-structured code in Python, Rust, Java, or modern C++.
• Deploy AI software including testing, QA, and monitoring.

Requirements

• MSc in AI, machine learning, computer science or related field with experience in advanced AI system development.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and presenting research findings.
• Passion for current AI research and reimplementing state-of-the-art deep learning approaches.
• Solid software engineering skills and experience deploying AI to production.
• Remote work with relocation support across Europe.

Nice to have

• PhD in AI or related field with publications in top-tier conferences.
• Experience designing AI methods for edge devices and leading product delivery.
• Experience with simulators, emulators, or synthetic data generators.
