Salary: $172,000 - $236,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of engineers with clear direction, feedback, and accountability.

• Support engineers’ career growth through mentorship and development opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA, and Finance to align priorities and success measures.
• Translate business objectives into actionable technical plans.
• Continuously improve team workflows, documentation, and release practices.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time.
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to specified US states.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager with strong communication and technical fluency.
• Ability to foster ownership, accountability, and inclusive team culture.
• Experience with scalable and maintainable system design.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an Individual Contributor or Technical Lead.
• Experience leading teams in payments, subscriptions, or other high-availability systems.
