What you will do
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, local workforce laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Compensation and Talent Acquisition to maintain market data and onboarding quality.
- Implement employee and management development programs to build organizational capability.
- Drive a culture of high performance and manage employee relations issues.
- Lead change management initiatives including adoption of HR technology and tools.
- Act as a strategic advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
Requirements
- 10 years of HR experience with demonstrated ability to influence and partner across organizational levels.
- Strong business and HR acumen including problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience coaching managers on best HR practices and working independently with initiative.
- Knowledge of employment laws and experience setting up new entities from an HR perspective.
- Experience in entrepreneurial environments requiring multitasking and proficiency with software tools.
