What you will do

• Implement employee and management development programs to build organizational capability.
• Drive a culture of high performance and manage employee relations issues.
• Lead change management initiatives including adoption of HR technology and tools.
• Act as a strategic advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.

Requirements

• 10 years of HR experience with demonstrated ability to influence and partner across organizational levels.
• Strong business and HR acumen including problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience coaching managers on best HR practices and working independently with initiative.
• Knowledge of employment laws and experience setting up new entities from an HR perspective.
• Experience in entrepreneurial environments requiring multitasking and proficiency with software tools.
