What you will do
- Lead and develop CX Specialists and agents through coaching and performance reviews.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and training to scale the team effectively.
- Monitor CX metrics and drive automation and self-service improvements.
- Oversee daily CX operations ensuring high standards and compliance.
- Champion CX as a strategic business driver impacting retention and revenue.
Requirements
- 6+ years in customer experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital-first industries preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Experience with AI-driven CX strategies is a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic is a bonus.
