We are hiring Senior Business System Analysts to join our R&D teams in Belgrade!
You can apply for one of two tracks:

•  Construction (ERP for the Construction industry)
•  CRM (Customer Relationship Management systems)

 
 Responsibilities

•  Engage with product managers, partners, and customers to analyze business scenarios and elaborate product needs
•  Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation
•  Collaborate with developers, QA, and test engineers to implement new features and improvements
•  Perform acceptance testing, verify bug fixes, and create test scenarios
•  Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and support customers and partners
•  Demonstrate features and enhancements, gather and process feedback
•  Cooperate with product managers on product backlog elaboration

 
 Requirements

•  5+ years of experience in system/business analysis and functional specification design
•  ERP experience is required (for Construction track)
•  3+ years of experience in CRM domain (for CRM track)
•  Strong background in process modeling, requirements documentation, and stakeholder communication
•  Experience collaborating with developers and QA teams, writing test scenarios, and performing acceptance testing
•  Higher technical education in IT, systems analysis, or related fields
•  Strong English communication and technical writing skills (Russian is a plus)
