We are hiring Senior Software Developers (Customization) to join our R&D team in Belgrade, Serbia.
Responsibilities
• Design and implement complex Acumatica ERP solutions using Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, MS SQL).
• Develop Acumatica ERP customizations with our xRP framework and Customization Platform.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to design, develop, and support system integrations.
• Research and prototype solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Maintain and enhance existing code, improve performance, and fix defects.
• Work closely with development partners on architecture and implementation.
• Provide guidance and support to external developers using the Acumatica xRP framework.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in business application development using .NET, C#, and MS SQL.
• Strong knowledge of C# and experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with version control systems (preferably Git or Bitbucket).
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Passion for writing elegant, efficient, and scalable code.
• Experience working with complex business systems such as ERP, CRM, Financial, or Supply Chain solutions.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams and with customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
