Requirements

• 4+ years in partnerships, sales, or channel development.
• 1–2 years of people leadership or team lead experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven and organized.
• High EQ and genuine passion for people development.

Nice to have

• Experience in partnerships or channel sales within accounting or fintech.
• Background in high-growth startups.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
