What you will do

• Lead design initiatives without a cross-functional product team, collaborating with engineers and product managers.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, ensuring high-quality implementation of designs.
• Manage timelines and deliverables while influencing the strategy of your work.
• Collaborate with designers across organizations to ensure consistent user experiences.
• Present designs to leadership and gather feedback to build consensus.
• Contribute to the Design System library and iterate on design components.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing consumer-focused products.
• Proficiency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping tools.
• A portfolio showcasing work on both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Frequent personal use of hirify.global, especially in gaming contexts.
• Experience working with design systems.
