• Conduct quantitative and qualitative primary research.
• Perform desk research on competitors and market trends.
• Synthesize data into coherent reports with actionable insights.
• Oversee multiple research projects across different countries.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in primary research.
• Proficiency with DIY research tools and statistical analysis.
• Experience using AI/GenAI tools in research.
• Fluent in Russian and English (C1).
• Fintech/crypto industry background is a plus.
