What you will do

• Define and oversee software development lifecycle processes, coding and testing guidelines, and automated testing strategies.
• Collaborate with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines and ensure infrastructure stability and resilience.
• Design scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems using microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Conduct architectural reviews, maintain documentation, and plan technology priorities.
• Integrate monitoring and logging systems and develop disaster recovery and scaling strategies.
• Lead technical discussions and align approaches across multiple technology teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years backend development experience with 5+ years in leadership roles (Go/Java preferred).
• Proven expertise in designing high-load, fault-tolerant systems and microservice architectures.
• Strong knowledge of API design (REST, gRPC) and database optimization (SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with test automation, DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• English proficiency at least B2 (job posting language).
