What you will do

• Use network monitoring tools to track uptime, latency, and packet loss for game servers and infrastructure.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues following escalation protocols.
• Assist in deploying and configuring network hardware and software under senior guidance.
• Log incidents and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams while communicating status updates.
• Perform routine maintenance, apply patches, and support game updates to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical assistance to internal teams and support live events or seasonal updates.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Bangalore, India
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with minimum 3 years experience.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark and SolarWinds.
• Clear and fluent English (verbal and written) with ability to work in a 24/7 gaming environment.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification.
• Exposure to cloud networking platforms like AWS or GCP.
