What you will do
- Drive outreach and prospecting to US academic institutions to promote hirify.global educational offerings.
- Tailor solutions to institution needs, including standalone IDEs, Teacher Pack, and LMS integrations.
- Lead engagement from initial contact to contract closure, collaborating with legal and internal teams.
- Conduct presentations and assist onboarding for educators both online and onsite.
- Expand outreach channels through collaboration with resellers, ambassadors, and partners.
- Provide feedback on educator and student trends to improve strategy and product development.
Requirements
- Must be US-based with experience in sales, business development, or partnerships in EdTech or software.
- Proven ability to navigate academic systems, procurement, and long sales cycles.
- Existing network or relationships with academic institutions preferred.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for technology and education, especially STEM fields.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to educators.
