• Oversee production of campaigns and collaborate on post-campaign insights.
• Mentor junior creatives and manage the creative process.
• Continuously seek innovative ways to engage the developer audience.
• Utilize AI tools in the creative process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a creative or digital agency.
• Hands-on experience in brainstorming, writing, and producing content.
• Experience with software development or technical products.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
