Senior Product Manager (Crypto): Leading the development and growth of 's crypto exchange and index products with an accent on trading products for miners and investment instruments. Focus on defining product vision, driving discovery and delivery cycles, and improving product metrics.

What you will do
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your stream
- Drive full Discovery Delivery cycles with Dev, Design, Analytics, Legal, Finance, Risk
- Research markets and competitors, shape unique value propositions
- Track and improve product metrics (growth, retention, unit economics, margin)
- Ensure fast time-to-market and structured product processes
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management with mandatory experience in crypto products
- Experience working in crossfunctional teams: product, analytics, design, engineering
- Strong ownership, analytical mindset, and ability to build processes from scratch
- Deep understanding of exchange infrastructure and trading mechanics (spot, margin, derivatives)
- Experience in investment products (indexes, ETFs, or asset management)
