Requirements

• English: B2 or higher required for reading, research, and communication.
• 1+ year experience in B2B sourcing or lead research for English-speaking markets.
• Strong proficiency in search techniques and research tools.
• Understanding of ICP principles, segmentation, and ABM strategies.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
