What you will do
- Build a corporate Learning & Development (L&D) system from scratch.
- Audit current practices and develop an L&D strategy.
- Launch key formats: trainings, workshops, internal courses, and mentoring programs.
- Establish a process for Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Create development programs for different groups.
- Implement an L&D metrics system and collaborate with external providers.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in HR with proven experience in L&D.
- Experience working in international companies with native speakers is mandatory.
- Experience in building L&D systems from scratch is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of modern approaches: 70/20/10, blended learning, microlearning.
- Strong skills in working with L&D metrics and evaluating learning effectiveness.
- Creativity and ability to make learning engaging and impactful.
